Chyawanprash, also spelled chyavanaprasha, chyavanaprash, chyavanaprasam and chyawanaprash, is an ancient Ayurvedic health tonic, widely used in India, as a rejuvenative, energizer and immunity booster. Chyawanprash - Suggested Use:
Take 1-2 teaspoons of Chywanprash twice a day, once before breakfast and again last thing at night. Chywanprash can be taken on its own or mixed in with a cup of warm milk or water.

1 or 2 teaspoonfuls, twice a day. Can be taken on bread, crackers, milk, juice or soft drink.
